What happens when you take in the ordinary?  The everyday of what is here.  What is familiar?  What is new? What surprises?  Explore the expressive nature of watercolor in a calm and encouraging way. Prompts and techniques to inspire Use your observations and feelings of this place to inspire your watercolor sketches. ($70 for a three hour class)

MATERIALS: Bring  what you own: Watercolor paper & journal for practice and notes - Brushes - Waterproof Pen (Micron works well) - Watercolors basic small  palette - Water container with lid (Nalgene at REI is perfect) - Water spray is helpful.

We will provide:     Plastic palette for mixing  - papers for  projects - A few paints and brushes  to share with those who need them.

TEACHER: Inspired by landscape and a love of letters, e klingner works full time in her rural studio gathering inspiration from the land and vast views. She shares her passion and enthusiasm by offering workshops to facilitate the creative process.
