Observe watercolors by Olive Rush and Georgia O’Keeffe.  Look closely.    Become a spectator.  Observe details and  paint your version of New Mexico.  Sharpen your use of color and water with techniques to inspire. Explore the expressive nature of watercolor.  Remain inspired from Olive and Georgia.

Save in a folio or folded book. ($70 for a three hour class)

MATERIALS: Bring  what you own: Watercolor paper & journal for practice and notes - Brushes - Waterproof Pen (Micron works well) - Watercolors basic small  palette - Water container with lid (Nalgene at REI is perfect) - Water spray is helpful.

We will provide:     Plastic palette for mixing  - papers for  projects - A few paints and brushes  to share with those who need them.

TEACHER: Inspired by landscape and a love of letters, e klingner works full time in her rural studio gathering inspiration from the land and vast views. She shares her passion and enthusiasm by offering workshops to facilitate the creative process.
